When we understand that our days of the week have not always been the way they are now, there are many concepts that can be broken down, sifted out, and shifted to fit this new paradigm we are building. How can we adopt these ancient ways into modern life?

Monday - Ruled by The Moon

Living with the rhythms of nature that surrounded us many centuries ago, was the natural state of each human being on the planet. Only with the modernization of society have we fallen away from what we used to understand as being the normal and only way. Energetics of the moon surround setting intentions, meditating on the flow, taking time to write, reflect and how your message will be presented. The moon asks us to be quiet, calm and collect our thoughts.

Tuesday - Ruled by Mars

Mars is an exciting planet, it wants to initiate, take action, get pumped about all the amazing things you will be creating this week. It is a perfect time to begin projects, send out your messages and marketing emails for the week, film videos, plan social media, and knock off your To-Do lists. Mars ignites our passions for what we have in our business.

Wednesday - Rules by Mercury

Mercury rules our communication. Not only to ourselves but to the world. On this Mercury day we are being asked to have meetings, brainstorm with colleagues, dial in your marketing and messaging visions. Mercury asks us how we can refine our communication in our businesses.

Friday - Ruled by Venus

Venus is the planet of love, friendship and expression. This day is perfect for expanding on your personal connections. Throw your own creative expression into some of your work, but choose to focus on how you thrive as an individual, aside from your business. Meet with friends, laugh, wear something that fully expresses who ou are from your soul place. By allowing this energy to flow into your week, your business with thrive!

Thursday - Ruled by Jupiter

Jupiter is the planet of luck & prosperity. This fits into our work week by acknowledging all that we have. All that we have worked toward, feeling the gratitude of what has come and exciting for the future. On Jupiter’s day focusing on the expansion of your future, meditate on goals, and opportunities flowing toward you. It is an important day to toe in your spiritual growth to your business.

Saturday - Ruled by Saturn

Saturn is a mover and a shaker. Grounded in the RULES and energies of getting things done. Saturn asks us to complete what we started during the week. Tie up loose ends, run errands, plan for NEXT week, Audit your week and shift what needs to be done for the next. What is working? What isn’t? Saturn rules structure and discipline, taking care of responsibilities. When this energy is applied to Saturdays, you will be blown away as to much more productive your day is!

Sunday - Ruled by The Sun

The sun wants us to focus on creating a bright light in the center of our beeings. This day is TRULY for you. For your fuel of shining brightly. Deep meditations, connection to spirit and more time for self tending. The sun wants us to go into the ethers of the universe, the spirit realm, the realm of our soul and be with that. This is a day to create for your heart and soul. Be with your family, nourish your connection to spirit and dive deeply into the rejuvenation codes that the sun has to offer.

As we begin to shift from what society tells us how our lives “should” be structured, and start getting into what works for each of us, we will begin to see a new level of flow, our work becomes more efficient and the load we can handle, while being nourished, becomes awesome.

The Full Moon is our time for expansion. Projects are coming to full fruition. Our goals are realized and expanded upon. We celebrate that our intentions have been fully manifested in the reality of this Earth. It is a powerful time to assess and be excited. See where you have shown up for yourself fully, maybe where the ball was dropped. Do these things that were put to the wayside fit into your vision? If they don’t, clear them out! Let them go to create space from something bigger, better and more aligned.

Journal Prompts for Full Moon Time

Gratitude: I have done SO much for this piece of my healing, creative mind and body, and the work I am bringing to the world. CELEBRATE all your progress! The New Moon phase, and leading up to the New Moon, is the time to go into the shadows, just like the new Moon physically does. It is shadowed by the Earth, in the darkness of space. Working with the energy of the dark time in the sky, is powerful to not only shadow healing, but a time of quiet introspective space. Get deep into your healing work, with courageous action as you dive into what you normally don’t keep in the light. When it comes to your work, take this quiet time to contemplate what is TRUE about your work in this world. What will propel it further, and keep it moving with the momentum that you have already built.

What have I been keeping in the darkness surrounding my healing or creative work? Where have I allowed for space as I let go in the last cycle, and what do I want to fill that space with? What are my true intentions for my creative work and healing? what do I need to do to bring these pieces of my puzzle to full fruition? What action steps am I ready to take in bringing my healing or work full circe? How can I turn these steps into a plan?
